I like it, but have found myself using other Wii games more for exercise. It depends what you want. I think the Wii Fit balance games are fun and the cardio can be pretty entertaining, but if you are just looking for cardio I think something like Wii Just Dance 3 or Wii Active Life Outdoor Challenge are better (and you don't need the balance board for either of those).0

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my wii fit.. I do the super hula hoop and burn 100 calories in 10 minutes per my polar ft4.. I also like the boxing on it, I can so feel my abs tightening.. I do the island cycling as well and whew that will hurt your legs worse then actually riding a bike.. I just recently bought the Zumba fitness 2 for my wii and it kicks my butt.. I believe the Wii fit is a great tool for someone at home who likes to workout and have fun at the same time.. meaning some people can just go to a gym, stare at other people, a machine or tv and get it done.. me, on the other hand hate working out around other people, the wii is fun and keeps my attention.. and I am ALWAYS sweating at the end!!0

its great depending on the exercise you choose. I dont do the yoga stuff, but the boxing, the hula hoop, the running those things will make you sweat. We have the Wii Resort and we Canoe, OMG my arms and stomach hurt from trying to row and laughing when i hit my daughter with the on screen paddle my accident. It makes such a lovely 'bonk' sound0

I can't add your quote after the fact, but in response to, "thanks!!! ill try those!! at the moment im just doing WII sports.." ...
Definitely! If budget isn't too much of a concern, and you think you will be able to commit to using them for long enough to get your money's worth, I'd get all of them! Of course it depends on the person, but if games, shooting for high scores, and entertaining graphics are going to keep you motivated, then I think it's well worth it.
FYI, I recommend Just Dance 3 over Just Dance 2. They both work well and have fun songs, but Just Dance 2 is really slow in between songs. I've also heard great things about Zumba 2, and it's next on my list!0 -
