IMO.. a cowboy with a booty looks damn good in a pair of tight Wrangler jeans. Other then that..NO I do not prefer the tight look on a man.. especially skinny jeans... but on the other hand I also can not stand the "pants on the ground" show either..

may seem a bit much but here is what I measure neck...chest...high waist (1 inch above naval) , waist at the naval, hips, butt , left thigh, knee, calf, ankle, upper arm and wrist..same with my right side. I am left handed and a trainer suggested to measure both sides individually due to one side is stronger then the other…

absolutely do not need anything other then determination, exercise, good nutrition and lots of water. You CAN do this without supplements you just have to want it bad enough!! and the other thing I can not stress is give it time...

I will admit, that I used quick add one time and that was before I was serious and I had consumed all my calories in beer that night... totally was NOT worth it!!

Yes, this to me is annoying.. I don't understand how the same food, cooked the same way is so drastically different in calories.. I'd rather guess over then under for sure.

usually when eating out on a planned day, I will check the internet for calories of what I want and if it's a spontaneous meal out, I will do the same and over estimate just to be safe.

I had back surgery a few months ago so I do jump n jacks in place of the plank jacks.. pretty much modify a lot but at least I am moving... I actually do a ton of her ab moves when I can not do the others. it's working for me hope you back is better tomorrow

You can do it!! The first 2-3 days of each level kill me but I think I am addicted to level 2.. level 3 has tons of planking.. O~M~G burn...but it's all worth it. I promise..keep at it!
