As of right now, I only have one official rest day. But when I stop teaching swim lessons I'll have 2-3 rest days a week and I will love every single minute. I probably won't even do cardio on my rest days.

Kiiilllled it today. I am so happy with my workout. Squats: 145, 5x5 OHP: 75, 5x5 IS THIS REAL LIFE?!?! I thought a deload was coming, but NOPE. DUDE, I've been teaching swim lessons and I can hardly eat from 10am-6pm because I get an upset stomach from the swimming, but Hawaiian bread sits so nicely.

Ooooh, today tried maxing out squats with my trainer. Got up to 185lbs and ran out of time! I totally think I could have hit 195+ though. I told him that it made me feel like I was being a baby thinking my "heavy sets" are heavy now. lol

I teach swim from about 10am-6pm and I don't eat very much while I am teaching because it upsets my stomach. That means I eat about 1000 calories for breakfast, 1000 for dinner and some random snacks here and there.

Flex is useless for the pool. I have to manually log the time spent in there. It doesn't even log steps taken in the pool.

My working weight is currently 145, but tested my squats with my trainer today and effing smashed my BW goal. I hit 185 today, and so could've gone 195, but we ran out of time. Feeling awesome.

@massage, I treat protein and fat as minimums, then fill in the rest with carbs. So they vary day by day. As long as I hit over 100g of protein, and 60g of fat (NEVER a problem...lol) I'm good. Every so often I go way under on protein (my "what's a macro?" days) but I tend to look at it weekly anyway as opposed to daily.

You can buy bags of frozen veggies for $1 and frozen veggies are good.

Lol, Famous -Dave's-. In all honesty, I would just go and enjoy. Only have one carb/starch, eat lots of meat, have some veggies. The brisket is amazing, and so are the hot links.

Have you set your stride on the Fitbit? That might account for the difference. I found MapMyWalk/Run to be fairly accurate.
