It's nice to see other short girls that don't weigh 115 pounds! lol Here are updated progress pics with June in there. From the front I feel like it looks as if I put on weight from May to June, but from the side it doesn't. Idk. I try not to nitpick every little thing.

Compound lifts do work large groups of muscles, supplemental work is for targeting specific muscles or weak areas. Squats and attitude. The squats for your legs and butt, the attitude also for your legs and butt. Using a barbell to do them will help both your squats and attitude.
