Yum! I put them on the BBQ and use them for my meat instead of a burger. Or in a skillet use a little teriaki sause, so so good!

I read on the front of a label the other day, "no preservatives". I turned the bottle around and it was loaded with sodium. And what is that? A PRESERVATIVE. I read everything these days.

I went to the Doc yesterday for my knee, She said the best thing you can do to help your knee is water aerobics and swimming plus bike riding. I currently do both of these, and it is getting better, it just takes time.

I have been using Chantix, and am being very successful with it. I am not having any side effects except for the occasional upset tummy. It is better if you take it after you eat something. I have 5 children of my own 4 of them being boys. You can get a roast cut it in small pieces with potatos and carrots and make a stew, filling warm and can be done for about $12

Tonight is our weekly Pizza and pool night. We do take n bake from Pappa Murphy's and we get the delight veggie pizza. It has a super thin crust and all veggies. Plus with the exercise from the pool, I can afford to have it. Remember it is always calories in vs. calories out.

WW does't count fruit or veggies or most sauces. They all add up. I have had better luck here and it is free. Give it a little time, plus a huge one is watch your sodium, it will make you retain water and that adds up also.

You may be trading "fat" pounds for "muscle" pounds. If you are working out that much and staying within your calories, it may just be that. Or you could be at a stand still, everyone goes through it and it will pass. Good luck and feel free to add me!! :smile:
