The last few times I've see my sister (who is overweight) she has said .."oh don't loose more weight."..and..."what do you weigh now".... SOOOOOOOOO Last time I told her straight..."Don't you think you should congratulate me on being healthy???" She has shut up!!!! It might still be in my head too but I won last time…

Eat a small portion and log in "Quick Add Calories"..and make a guess...if you think you wnent over..go over...if under...add under....it's only one meal and won't wreck your new healthy eating lifestyle! Might find steak under 'beef' Enjoy! :flowerforyou:

Once a week..Monday morning in the nudie and after a wee....always the same.. DON'T weigh yourself everyday....too much variation especially for us girls!! Good luck!

Weigh yourself ONCE yes ONCE a week...same day, same time of day...(morning in the nudie after wee is best) Measure your waist, hips and thighs ONCE every two weeks..yes ONCE every two weeks. Your female...you'll go up and down as the month…
