  • Freeze it in daily allowances. I am a peanut butter junkie too, a 350gm jar will last a week if I am strong. To counter the weak will what I have decided to do, and have done for the first time is take a 350gm jar of lite smooth Eta Peanut butter, when at home teaspoon it out on to grease proof paper or baking paper…
  • also plan what to eat - nuts and dried cranberries with a drink of water takes the edge off my twilight need to nibble, also dring some water last thing before you leave work

  • treat it like fish or chicken, remember to drain it before cooking, I like to cut it in strips and grill it ( like fish fingers) and put it on top of green leaf salad with salted capers, put what ever is left over in the fridge again and cover with fresh water.

  • Went through this with smoking, it gets easier. Thats what I am holding on to with the weight adjustment thing I am going through now.
