I always tend to go over protein and fiber (you can look at my dairy if you wish!) is this a bad thing? I am not really knowledgeable when it comes to what happens to food in the body, I am learning though! :)

I wouldn't worry about going over any of those. Not bad for you at all

MFP sets fiber and protein to their MINIMUM for a person, not max. You're supposed to go over protein and fiber. If you want, you can increase the quotas for yourself.
  • I figured that...but wanted to see others opinions. I love fruits and veggies and my boca burgers! :P

    Everyone's insight is appreciated.

What is a bocca burger, used google to find out, that what happens when you are downunder
  • It is a meatless soy burger. I buy the grilled veggie one. :) I am not much of a meat eater and needed an alternative.

I think most people on here would tell you (and I would agree) that going over on protein is not a bad thing (and ditto for fiber). I almost always go over on protein and it doesn't bother me (in fact, when I need to give myself a little kick, I up my protein). Especially if you're working out your body will need it. I know some people's goal is to eat a gram of protein for every pound they weigh. HTH!
  • I also drink Whey Protein to get my protein up after an intense workout.

The Boca burgers and soy milk products help, too! :D

    And again thank you everyone!!
