I use Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown video's and it's a good workout, and I usually burn 215-300 cals on the heart rate monitor per video. I also Jog about 3 days a week, and use a pedometer. If I don't have enough steps in for the day, I walk/run the stairs until I do!

I often make myself tuna sandwiches, but on a whole wheat tortilla, and instead of mayo, I use plain greek yogurt. I usually add in either broccoli, cucumber, or celery as well.
