I definitely know you are not eating enough... Men need more than 1950 and especially with 6 days working out... you will have to eat your exercise calories back... Can you open your diary? You may not be eating enough since you have to eat back your exercise cals..., or maybe not enough water, or maybe too much sodium. Plus measurements are a good way to go because this week i gained a pound but I lost 3" in my waist and 1/2" in my upper arm.

The pill makes you retain water,... it is really hard to tell what the situation is here because you dont log your diary or anything. Yes, i would recommend checking how you set it up, because most people's with no exercise that day is set to 1200,... but that doesn't matter because you still aren't eating the 1200.. Thanks again everyone, I do not have a monitor, i dont really keep track. The elliptical i use at the gym has the metal things you can put your hands on and it tells you, just saying i am always at 90% or higher... I get that it is ok though. I am comfortable when i work out.

Yes, all of these answers are good. Actually I have not lost any weight this week, but I lost 3" in my waste - so measurements are really helping me get along, but I don't believe it is the measurements for 3 weeks straight - you would atleast lose something... Good luck!

Diary looks like you aren't eating enough.. Some days I cannot eat all of the calories back, but yours looks like most days you are missing 600-700. That is not good to do every day, your body goes into starvation mode, your muscles need calories to burn fat ::) That is what i learn from everything I read. Remember MFP…

Ok, I think I understand. I am not a fan of really watching the HR either, I just like to push myself and sweat to get the most out of my daily 1/2 hour. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't damaging my heart or anything... Since I am 31 and this is the first time i ever paid attention to it lol.

I gain five pounds at the T.O.M. alone, so it is most likely water weight of some sort. If you just started, that is probably what it is. But I agree about everything he said as well. Your muscles could have changed. I take measurments of a lot more than just what they list :) I do my thigh, calf, arm, as well
