Try not to let it get to you. I know that's pretty weak advice considering how hard you and I'm sure everyone else on here has worked to increase their fitness and health, but these other members are right, everyone has their bad days, and one bad day isn't going to make the previous weeks of work worthless.

I was really surprised when I lost 60lbs I also lost an entire shoe size, I had never heard of people feet shrinking before.

I picked my goal weight by looking at the height and weight charts online. Most of them agreed that a 5'11" female should weigh 160.
