good or bad energy?
Is it terrible that I sometimes eat a few M&Ms and use the sugar rush to give me energy to start my workouts? Is it bad or am I just burning them off anyway and the energy rush is a bonus?

Is eating way too much Vitamin C a bad thing? I eat 3-6 times more Vit C than Myfitnesspal recommends. Will it stop me from loosing weight?
