Vitamin C

Is eating way too much Vitamin C a bad thing? I eat 3-6 times more Vit C than Myfitnesspal recommends. Will it stop me from loosing weight?

    Unless you have other medical issues, like kidney failure, this is not a problem. Vitamin C is water soluble, and you will simply pee away any excess you consume.

    This, but it may also blunt training adaptation - if that's something you are concerned about.
