3/6 - 141.0 Have taken a few days off! And gained 2 lbs. I have to get more moving and on the plan again! Revised Match goal is 134 lbs.

I'm really late to this party! I was on another group but was frustrated by the lack of accountability. I started the month at 144.3 lbs, today I'm 141.4. I'd like to lose another 5 lbs by the end of the month. 2/13- 2/20- 2/27-

I'm interested, but don't see the accountability aspect? Weigh in once a month? Once a week? I'm 5'4", 141 lbs. I want to get down to 125 range by losing 2 lbs per week.

I recommend drinking lots of plain green tea or just with fresh lemon juice. I try to stick to 3 meals and no snacks. If I do break down and want a snack I love frozen grapes - (melt slowly in you mouth so a little goes a long way) and a few almonds.

After 6 p.m. snacking was always my issue! That's when I have my cravings for sugar - cookies and chocolate usually... I've found that the individual portion paks of unsweetened applesauce, apple/peach and assorted fruits, topped with some nuts and cinnamon and a cup of Warmth Tea get me thru the night!
