I have a food dehydrator. I love fruits dried. Then It's an easy no mess snack. I have to hide them though as my grandchildren love them just as much as I do.

Their are many ways to use low fat cottage cheese. I use as a filling in crepes * drain cottage cheese then add a little trivia to sweeten. Make a thickened fruit sauce sweeten with trivia thicken using a corn starch slurry. Top the stuffed crepes with the fruit sauce, amazing. I make this where I work. It's very popular.…

I just started 2 days ago. Am hoping to lose 40 lbs. Would be ecstatic to lose 50. With arthritis everywhere exercise is painful, but I am still going to fight thru . I would love to have friends to help motivate eachother.

I don't use canned beans. I buy bags of dry beans. Place them in a crock pot and cook on low overnight. Then I mash them up. Much better for you and taste so much better. With my leftovers I will make bean burritos and freeze them. Then when in a.hurry just zap in microwave. Fast and easy for busy days. Also black beans…
