I do cardio 5 times a week, for 60 mins. I am on the Ellipital this week. I switch machines every week, to keep my muscles confused. I hit a pleatu, so I took 5 days off from dieting and exercising to try and break it. In consequence, it was Mothers Day and I ate all I wanted. I gained a pound :(

Here is me as of 4/5/2012. My weight loss has started to slow a bit, so I pumped up my work out schedule. Now, every other day, I run on the treadmill for 7 minutes to get my HR up. To increase my water intake from 2 quarts a day, to 3 quarts a day. I also want to work my way up to running for 2 1/2 minutes. ( I know, its sad) I am currently at 2 minutes.
