SQUAT!

yea, its all about calories in and out, but I would use strength training also, and if the elliptical is bothering you then dont use it.

its a fitness myth that your knees shouldnt go over your toes, whoever gave you that misinformation, dont listen to that person anymore. I squat competitively BTW and have squated over 400lbs, so I know what I am talking about. check out this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBHc323QwFE

QUESTIONS: !) Should I do heavy weight or more reps for Strength training (Please tell almost how many reps)? 2) Should I do heavy weight or more reps for abs as one of the instructors told me that for abs at least do 20 reps each set (Please tell almost how many reps)? 3) is the routine I am doing Cardio weight abs cardio…

cardio is just a calorie burner. Weightlifting burns calories and changes body composition.

I would do full body exercises such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, snatch, clean and jerk, overhead press, etc Try microloading, its where you start at 50% of your one rep max weight and each week you add 2.5% 50% 52.5% 55% and so on. If you good microloading programs I am sure you will find something.
