Some ladies have posted results in the group but I'm not really sure how to tell you to search for htem - I think there are two in this month's thread though, and there are a couple separately posted threads.

Also - Stronglifts is a beginning strength program. You should do something like it to build a base of strength and learn the basic barbell movements.
But the results you get after that initial 12 weeks (or however long it takes you to stall on every lift 2x) will depend on what you're trying to achieve - and assuming you mean fat loss, that's MOSTLY gonna come from calorie control.
I have no pictures to share because I have mental issues with taking pictures of myself and I end up deleting most of them, but from starting stronglifts until when I switched to a more advanced program, I got really good shape-change results and ended up in a smaller pant size without any actual pounds lost. So, some fat loss but no weight loss.
I'm getting really good results in my upper body development from my intermediate program, but you can't jump right into an intermediate program soooo ...0 -

My results were I got stronger. Didn't really change my physique as I was already lifting before I started and ate around maintenance the entire time.
I did Stronglifts between the Feb and July pictures.

A buddy of mine used stronglifts for years before he had to change programs. He squatted 300kg in competition the last time I saw him (that's 661lbs). Also, keep in mind that in competition you have to go well below parallel so most of the squat stats you hear outside of comp. are drastically inflated.0
