I miss COOKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used to love to buy the Chips Ahoy cookies Chocolate Chunk & crush them into a big tall glass of milk.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmm I may have to skip supper!!!! LOL Haven't had one in over 6 months!

so easy!! I do this at least 3x's a week. All you do is scramble the egg like you would normally do for the stove, i usally put a little milk in mine, it keeps if fluffy and for 2 eggs that are done in 1 minute! Very good!

MFP has changed my habits drastically and made me so aware of calories!!!!!!!!!!!! I consider eating (for example - a pack of chocolate Zingers from a vending machine) a WASTE ..... there is 440 calories in there .... && to think I use to eat that AFTER my lunch which was usually McDonald's, Taco Bell ... you know anything…

I got mine for Walmart too for only about $40. I will look tonight when I get home and let you know what kind. Mine seems to be pretty accurate. I dont know about Zumba or aerobics ... but its about 100 more calories than what the treadmill/elipitcal will say. Which is about right b/c the treadsmills are usually set for…

Yes, it tracks your heart rate at any speed & calories burned. Saturday I went to a Cardio Kick class with repetive motions, punching, kicking, etc ... and it tracked my HR the whole time & said I burned almost 600 calories! Very good investment.

I have lost 43 so far ... && is really feeling down today. I know that I've come a long way becasue I am able to work out like I never did before .... but for some reason i feel really bummed that i have JUST as long to get to my goal....
