That's so true. Last week I weighed myself at night after dinner (ummmm what was I thinking?!) and I was 124. Literally the next morning--a matter of hours--I was 121. Trying to really focus on how my clothes fit rather than the scale these days.

lime juice, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powered, salt, pepper. Then I top with sliced cherry tomatoes, feta cheese or goat cheese crumbles, and sometimes sliced radishes

I think I'm a bit confused--so if you go to sleep at 10 pm with 0 calories left, you'll wake up saying you were under your calorie goal? And this is because MFP assumes you'll keep walking until exactly midnight?

I had a friend who tried "Baetea" and liked it...it's a combo of roobios and green teas, pomegranate and some other natural ingredients. The only thing you have to watch for is the incorporation of Senna leaf. It's less harsh than Senna EXTRACT, but it's still a laxative.

I really like my Charge, but if HR is something you typically measure during rest of exercise, you may want to go for that option. Also, the watch-style band really is way better that the traditional clasp.

I just started last night. Very excited to do this! I'm 119 lbs and I just have a couple more pounds to go. I'm hoping this will help. Also, I think I'm going to do 6 days with 1 off as well.

Hi K-- I think you're right. Maybe letting go on the weekends just isn't going to cut it, at least not without counting/logging as best we can. I actually don't use measurements, but I do have a tape measure and I've always intended to take measurements. Especially since I was 118 on Saturday and woke up 121 on Sunday!!!…

I love JM. I do her Shred it with Weights DVD, Extreme Shed and Shred, and Yoga Inferno. I'm pescatarian (only fish) now, but I used to be flex.To keep it simple I pretty much just tell everyone that I don't eat meat. Once you get into the flex part it becomes a big to-do haha

Speaking of fresh fruit salad, does anyone know how much the average fresh fruit salad (pineapple, strawberry, melon, etc.) is per cup? Some people say 60 and some say 200! I'm not sure what to go with for a solid average...
