I made some super basic wheat bread last night and toasted two slices of that and put some hummus on it. Oh and coffee. For after my run I brought along a little protein shake.

Two slices of toast with peanut butter and jam. Black espresso. Not very glamourous but keeps me happy and going all morning.

Depends on how much time I have and how long until my next meal. This morning was an omlette with three egg whites and one full egg with cottage cheese and shredded cheddar inside and some garlic. I also had a tablespoon of Earth Balance creamy coconut peanut butter in the side.

If I need something that will keep me full for hours (like I don't start to feel hungry for at least four hours and could be ok for 5-6 hours) I do sauteed peppers and onions with cumin, chili powder, and garlic in oatmeal with some cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, and one egg that had a runny center (over easy, Sunny side up. I usually like these better because the extra far from sauteing it helps with fines and adds extra flavor). It's based off of this. recipe.

I also really like the everything bagel thins as well. I usually put some cream cheese, the Philly garlic and herb or the onion and chive are tasty, with some smoked salmon on after toasting and do that as a running out the door breakfast.

A large slice of a fruit tart pie...it was my birthday yesterday and I was off, so my employees brought in the fruit tart for me this morning. They finally remembered that I'm not really a cake person.

Haven’t had breakfast yet (it will probably be brunch today), but my normal breakfast is a breakfast sandwich- toast with a slice of ham, a slice of low-cal cheese and a cooked egg.
Keeps me going for several hours, so it gets me through the morning at work!

Smoothie with frozen fruit (140g), yogurt (110g), and protein powder (15g). I recently started adding some Ovaltine (11g) for chocolatey vitamins (and because I realized my son wasn't going to finish it and I didn't want it to go to waste). 220 calories, more if I use bananas as the fruit.

3 hard boiled eggs and 3 cups of coffee with a total of 6 mini moo creamers. This is my standard work breakfast because I can cook a dozen eggs on Sunday and just toss them in bags to come along in my lunchbox for my 12h shifts.

A cup of Pumpkin O's from Trader Joe's (like pumpkin flavored Cheerios), a banana, and a Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt in Tiramisu. I guess I was craving sweet stuff this morning after all the savory eggs I had this week lol
