That's what some will say and swear by, but honestly I don't eat ALL of my exercise calories. I sometimes have a hard time eating my 1200 calories, so if I burn 300-700 calories it would be near impossible for me to eat that much more. Today I burned 700+, and ate 1300ish. I started today, but I'm in! :) When I first bought 30DS back in 2010, I couldn't get through 1/4 of L1, much less finish. Today I busted through the ENTIRE 25 minutes and found myself smiling and breathing normal at the end! I absolutely LOVE 30DS!

I also use my wii board to weigh in. It is off a couple pounds from my drs scale, but more accurate than my very old scale with a dial. I've thought about getting a new one as using the wii can be a bit time consuming just to get a quick weight.

Bump cause I'd like to know also! I have eaten 1141, exercise equaled 556 leaving my NET 585. I know I should be netting at least 1200 but goodness its 9:20pm and I have already eaten so much today (my norm 1100-1200). I sometimes find it hard to net 1200 when I DON'T exercise much less when I do. Tricky..
