That is impossible...

Hehe. :drinker:

But whats abouts us little gremlins.

I LOVE ice cream. But unfortunately it usually involves eating almost, if not all, of the half gallon. Its a problem. When I'm craving sweets, I get things in manageable portions, or make sure they're easily dividable (is that even a word?) into manageable portions...until PMS comes and I'm back to the ice cream...:grumble:

Honestly, since I've never considered myself that big, I don't think its my place to have much of an opinion. I do think everyone deserves acceptance and self-esteem, though.

Makes me wanna throw my head through a wall. My husband especially sounds like an effing dog eating poop especially eating bagels with cream cheese. He thinks I'm a jerk, but I really can't help it.

I take it the bread alternatives were a no go, huh OP?
-
I'm sure you could find healthier alternatives to your bread problem. Jeeesh. :grumble:

The Queen has arrived! Sure beats that other douchey thread!

Of course my recipes assume your lacto and/or ovo.

My family just became vegetarian, too! We sometimes have the processed vegetarian "meat" products, but not too often because they make me hormonal. Once a week or so I'll use them. Soy-rizo is amazing. Just add it to some beans or rice. Another go to is eggs, vegetarian sausage, and whole wheat waffles. I made vegetarian…

Its probably more like the 2500.... I'm 5'3, 147 pounds and can eat about 1800-1900 on average and lose weight pretty well.

It does sound like you might have an anxiety problem above and beyond anything else. :) Don't worry, I have one, too! Clearly you need to see a doctor, but maybe you should bring up anxiety, especially if you're feeling depressed on top of it. The more you stress about things being wrong, the more physical ailments you…

STORY. OF. MY. LIFE. I have a 16 month old, and I keep waiting to "snap back" like all the other women promise. Totally BOGUS, but I kinda knew that anyway. I have loose wrinkly skin around my belly button and a sad, droopy pooch, but I'm sure I see it as WAY worse than it actually is. Whatever. You win some, you lose some.

Oh....she was serious...:noway:

Are you on a new birth control? Any antidepressants? Both are possible to make you ravenous. ...Maybe your weight is a little lower than your body wants it to be?...Not trying to be rude, just an honest thought.
-
Yes, you can lose weight while being over your sodium. Its just not very good for you for various reasons. If you notice you're retaining weight, feel puffy or you have high blood pressure, cut down on it. Eating more fresh, whole fruits and veggies will help keep you under.

I'm 5'3 and currently 147lbs. Feeling pretty damn sexy over here! Ultimately, I would like to get down to 120 or so...even though I do LOVE my curves (most days!).

Two words: *kitten* sweat. Of course I wipe it off, but getting up between sets and forgetting I left an imprint of my butt there...

Its always in my mouth too quick to even think of it.:ohwell:

My kid is effing cute. But then again, the pictures are me WITH my kid. :)

I say most of these things. But I'm also totes sarcastic. I can't stand SWAG or YOLO. Like...what the heck?
-
Hon, you're gorgeous, and no you're not "petite" at 5'9 but you look plenty dainty! Don't shut down a guy because you're assuming what he should be into. ESPECIALLY when you really are way hotter than you're giving yourself credit for. I remember how that feels, and it sucks, but thats where self-confidence has to come in…

And chicken flavored ramen with apple or hot pepper jelly. AND MAC N CHEESE, CHICKEN NUGGET PIZZA.

That sounds SO good. I love ketchup on anything, but I don't have it too often these days. I love french fries dipped in vanilla shake. YUM.

You're FitBit should do the adjustments for you. If you're doing a non-step related activity, log it.
-
Myfitnesspal is a great tool, but as you learn about your body and what works for you, you'll probably make adjustments. I used to be under the notion that I had to eat 1200-1400 calories/day to lose weight. Over time, and with the help of my FitBit and personal experience, I've learned that my magical number is an average…

You are eating 1480 calories...those aren't grams. Each gram of carbs and protein you eat equals 4 calories and fats are 9 calories per gram. Sugar is already included in carbohydrate calories because its a type of carb, just like fiber...its just good for some people to log to help manage how much added sugars they eat.…

When I reach one of my mini goals (ten pounds to my UGW I'm getting a tattoo...hopefully a huge one!) Other things I have are: lifting gloves, adopt a cat, new clothes, and try for baby #2 (although that last one is going to happen before I hit my goal because I have super bad baby fever!)
