Doing a run/walk combo with my dog.

I have child care at the gym! If I'm working out at home it's because my kids are asleep and I'm the only adult home. I much prefer running outside but that doesn't always get to happen right now.

I love it, and have since I was a kid. I like pushing myself, and I think it gives me more confidence. Of course, I have days where I don't want to though!

Ezekiel bread with 1T of PB, and a couple hours later I had a Greek yogurt.

I'm starting to wonder of it is not hindering my weight loss too. I'm thinking about getting mine taken out to see if it helps.

Flat out light w 1tbl of peanut butter with cut up strawberries, folded in half. Heat. Around 200 cals. Smoothie- ff yogurt, 1tbl of peanut butter, 1 c mixed frozen fruit, handful or spinach. Around 250, or 300 if you use a banana. Both are very filling.
