I will second this ovulation thing. I was stuck for the last week going up and down the same 2 lbs no real loss. I track my cycle by temping so I know I ovulated yesterday and wouldn't you know I woke up 3 lbs less than the low end of that 2 lb up and down.

With every thing I put in it it was still under 200 calories so that's not too bad. Omg I totally forgot to put in vanilla extract, I bet that would have really kicked it up a notch!

do what you can and keep going, don't stop. You will get better at it and eventually be able to do the whole thing. I think that one is an hour long, you could always try one of her half our videos instead. Btw they are on youtube for free, so no need to go out and buy the dvd.

yeah I went on amazon to try and find a different one and all the reviews for any brand vanilla did not score as well as chocolate. maybe I will go buy a different one today and do half and half so I am not wasting the one I already have.

the easiest way to make mug cake is buy a box of angel food cake and a box of any other flavor cake you like. put both boxes in a large zip lock bag and mix together. when you are ready to have a mug cake you ix 3 tbsp. of the cake mix with 2 tbsp. of water and microwave for 1 min. It is so good!!!!

as long as you are doing them back to back like you would in a jillian michaels video you can log it as circuit training. That is what I do.

that drives me nuts!!! Like thanks and all but you could have called and said hey I'll be over in a couple hours don't kill yourself shoveling lol I do not log it but I do consider is a work out. Now if I go out to play with the kids in the snow or I strap on the snow shoes I do log that.

I do not have this issue but my mother does. She uses a bit of deodorant right down the middle to help with chaffing. She said once you start sweating baby powder doesn't help much, but a bit of deodorant right in the cleavage does the trick. thank you for this! I have found that dead lifts and squats make my legs burn terrible but nothing I do seems to affect my butt. My friend kept telling me that I must not be doing it right cuz her butt always hurt the day after squats but mine does not. Now I know why

I Found out when I was pregnant coconut oil Did the trick if I needed a little help moving things along. It is high in fat but it's good fat and it only take about a teaspoon just before bed to get things going.

Right there with you. I finally felt like eating later in the day. Hot liquids feel good on the throat and soup. Your sick Don't worry too much about your diet and just focus on what makes you feel better. If you think ice cream will help your throat eat it.
