  • Sure you can lose the weight if your determined. Im more concerned about whether or not you've dealt with what caused you to Binge eat in the first place. Is that still a part of your life? To me personally that would seem like the bigger goal to be concerned about. Just make sure you are eating clean and your putting in…
  • Ive read that eating clean is 80% of all weight loss. While you are necessarily limited on the amount of activity you can currently do I would probably focus on eating right. When I first started I stuck to Protein and veggies. Chicken Breast/Talapia/Lean Red Meats and a whole bunch of Steamer Veggie Bags. make sure to…
  • You can do it!!! I know those struggles and hard they can be. Do you remember how you felt when you decided for yourself that you wanted/needed to lose weight? • Hello and Welcome. One key thing would be to plan ahead. Meal prep. You know your going to study. You know you are going to get Hungry. Pack your self some good for you snacks. A sandwich on wheat. Apple Slices. Oatmeal and Fruit. Its alot better than allowing the hunger to dictate what you eat because you are hungry.

  • The good thing about the DVD Morgue is you can go at your pace. I was 420 pounds when I started it and could not nearly even come close to finishing it. You get the luxury of going at your pace. The more you start getting the hang of things and the fitter you get the more of the DVD you can complete. Anyway hope it helps…

  • Kettlebells!! They are life changing. So many different exercise possibility with just 1 - 2 pieces of equipment. I might suggest buying the DVD/Kettlebell combo pack. Just a word of caution the entire routine is an *kitten* kicker. https://www.onnit.com/extreme-kettlebell-cardio-workout-dvd/?pid=138

  • We don't Quit!! The fact that you are on here lets me know you want this change badly. It'll be difficult at times that I can promise. However, it'll be well worth it in the end. Don't give up because of how you feel today. Think about how much better you will feel tomorrow.

  • You'll be good. You just have to find what motivated you and keep that as a reminder. My best advise is it to make this change for "You" right now because YOU want to. Dont wait for something to happen to drive your motivation and keep you focused. However I can understand needing/wanting a support system. Should you ever…
