Problems may not seem like "nothing much" but they make us feel awful. Depression is sometimes unrelated to the real world happenings, it's dumb chemicals in our brains firing in the wrong way. We all struggle with the horrible whisperings in our brains. But they're not genuine. You're great. You can do it. Beat them.

Heya, You sound like you have reached a goal that many people (like me!) would love to be at. I'm a bit worried you aren't eating enough! How about you eat at maintenance, eg 1800 kcal+, for a little while, or even aim to bulk up muscle? Toning might help you feel better about your body rather than trying to loose! x
