  • I have been only eating 1000 calories a day this week before thanksgiving so that I can have some extra calories that day. I will just eat whatever I want in moderation. My plan was to also exercise more for more calories but I pulled a muscle in my back so that is not possible. ;-(
  • Try spreading your calories out more throughout the day so you are always eating something every couple of hours.

  • My favorite's are Vodka and Fresca or a skinny margarita.
  • I started taking konjac root fiber supplements that also have the added benefit of expanding in your stomach and making you feel full. It's the same fiber that is in Japanese shiritake noodles and is a Japanese weight loss tool that they have used for years to maintain their weight and glucose levels.
