I cut so much salt out of my diet following a cardiac prudent diet after 2 heart attacks, that I can TASTE the salt in celery! I really LOATHE eating out, because I am all swollen and puffy the next day, not to mention feeling loagy

You will need to make the best choices you can~~stay away from fried foods, go for lean protein...water is good. no soda's or other sports drinks, or energy drinks...Good luck.
