Well hello fellow migraine sufferer! Biggest challenges.... Getting discouraged when I don't see results. Right now I have two kids at home who nap so while they are napping I find myself eating from boredom. I've found that doing some strength training has really improved my speed and endurance. I do strength/circuits on tues/thurs run on mon/weds/Sat then yoga on Sundays.
