Update for me, a big fat 0 :-/ I lost 2.4 so far (this challenge) but I am not discouraged! My sodium & sugar levels were off the walls this week so I'm sure that's why. Though I did walk about 20+ miles :) I'll push through it!

Yesssss!!!! Lost 2.4 lbs this week :D started at 158, lost ZERO the first week (blah) & weighed in at 155.6 today :D so motivated!!! I weighed in on mon, I was exactly the same weight! No worries though I've been walking about 3 miles a day every day this wk :) I'm on it! Weight, 157!
