You need things that are filling otherwise you are over snacking. So maybe things like huumus, peanut butter, cheese and nuts, and drink lots of water.

My favorite thing since I became a vegetarian is morning star black bean burgers. Check to see if they are vegan but you can make them so many different ways. I use it as a ground beef substitute :)

Not only is it still calories. ..it takes away motivation the next day. Plus who eats healthy after a night of drinking? I believe in cheat days sparingly..cause who wants a boring diet life. But it does affect the diet plan

Starting a new start today. Im going through finals now but summer is so close and Im open to a new schedule. I have a gym membership and I have access to a pool, racquet ball, classes, and weights. Not sure where to start hahaha got any advice?

it's funny...I just asked my fitness coach about eating calories back and she said if you want to lose you don't wanna eat what you just burned. im confused, it doesn't make sense to me haha I think heavy exercise makes us hungrier and small healthy snacks for energy is needed throughout the day
