Point is i am not going to explain my reaction over something I took a certain way! I take everything with a open heart! I just dont appreciate people being negative towards me for my choices. I agree, with any form of dieting someone who is my size will lose more. So I dont think 12 pounds is unhealthy , and i ofcouse dont expect this every week. I was shocked to know I lost the 12 pounds lol. And I will do the chicken breast! I had been eating some earlier in the week and my proteins were great! thanks

I am not eating 2000 plus calories and im not eating 2 ibs of chicken. For me it is just the simple fact of satisfiction. Compared to eating 3-6 meals a day in small amount 300-400 calorie meals (which still would not fill me up) I eat a larger selection in the 2 hour frame I allow myself to eat. So I am not worried about over eating and making sure I make my deficent for my goal weight loss.

I did not set my protein goal it was MFP and my friend on my profile was telling me to make sure to hit proteins etc. I like not having to do breakfast and lunch (I never was hungry around than anyway) so when it came to my favorite time (dinner) i had 300 calories left and still left hungry. and at night I would go to…

I 100% agree. Even though skipping breakfast is sort of a fast , Fasting is going a long period of time without eating. I do not eat for 22 hours and than have my one mean. I do IF It is my first week and I have lost 12.2 pounds I fast 22 hours and eat between 3-5pm! Never been so amazed! And its maintanable for life!

If they are lowering your calories , it must be because you are putting in weight lost. when you lose weight they lower your calories becaue your body dosent need that many anymore to continue through the day.
