Beans, legumes, nuts, and vega clean protein powder.

I did keto and dropped down to a weight I felt great and comfortable with. Now I'm just LCHF(around 30-40 NET carbs daily) and ever few weeks I will have something like a sushi meal. I'm still losing weight, but much slower now and I started weight training a few months ago so I'm gaining muscle. I also do not like how I…

You should be eating whole foods, not substitutes. Shakes and Powders(etc) should only be used in combination with your eating, say you need more protein for the day - Obviously, that's my opinion. What are you doing for exercises? What types of food are you eating for the remaining 600? It's not just about the calories,…

Fairly new, but try to always log. Feel free to add me.

I'm doing just one month of premium, because I'm really tracking macros right now. I think I will do it for about 2 months and then drop the service or do a full year if I'm convinced I need to continue tracking like I am. I started about a week ago and I'm definitely seeing better results. Knowing what foods are high in…

I just started a few days ago and would love to add new friends. My goal is 25g a day. Clearly exercise and just calorie counting isn't helping, so I'm going another direction. I've been yo-yoing for months now. I too have an open diet and accept friend requests.

You can buy just egg whites at the store so no wasted food necessary. =)

My diary is open to friends, feel free to add me! =)

I like snacking on apples or bananas with peanut or almond butter. You can use Nutella, but I only take 25g of and only if I crave chocolate. Salami is another good snack.

Someone above me posted about using up leftovers and I do that. If I crave juice I rather make juice than buy it, because when I make it, it's only good for one/two glasses whereas buying juice, I'm stuck with a container. I rather do smoothies though personally.

Basically you nailed it. I was advised to drink smoothies on days I was not hitting what I needed. The only thing I have been confused on was the protein and that was my fault for not discussing it further. Now I know better. Will I eat that much meat? Probably not, because honestly it's not settling well so I'm going to…

Thank you I will look into complex carbs and grains. Without getting long winded, the smoothies are only occasionally.

Forgive, but the information that I continue to find is kg(0.8) or lb(0.36) which both would be 45g. This is why I have been calculating this way due to multiple sources.
-
I'm no math genius, but 56kg(0.8) = 44.8/45g of protein. So can someone please explain how and why I'm wrong? If I'm active how am I supposed to account for that?

I'm back again myself. After having some setbacks over the last few months I've added more pounds than I would like. Feel free to also add me. ;-) Looking to lose 10kg/20lbs...ugh that number really hurts to type.

That's amazing!

Feel free to add me. Sometimes I get lazy and don't log, but I usually sign on everyday to read everyone's posts. =)

You are more than welcome to add me. I've been doing P90x3 in the AM, but I think I'm going to switch or add some P90x or P90x2 on some days in the evenings(like doubles). I would like to do a little more on the days I have more energy. I've noticed increased energy during the day since I switched to 5AM work out sessions.

I'm also looking for support buddies to add. I took an unnecessary hiatus, but I'm back again. Feel free to add me too.

I drink about 2-3L of plain water a day and there are some days when I get bored(not hate) of the flavor or lack thereof? Haha. On those days I may add 1/4L(one serving) of the Newman's Own Lemonade to my liter bottle. You can view the nutritional value below. I'm not a total stickler every single day, but I would count…

I love the Kitrics Digital Nutrition Scale I bought off Amazon. I have had it a year now and it's fantastic and really accurate, just like the description indicates. The food code book that comes with it is also really helpful. Here's the link. It's a little pricey to some of the other models, but if you're on MFP, then you…
