Hey folks....is it worth going premium? Im always short certain nutrients but having issues with what foods will get me to goal. Other option is just looking up online..but it seems cumbersome versus just going premium...any insights?

I have lost 30 lbs with it being free. I don't think premium is going to do more for me than its doing now.

It takes me about 30 seconds to google "food high in Iron" or "food highest in protein". I don't think paying for premium for the app to tell you what you can find out pretty easily for free, is worth it.

I tried premium when I was trying to meet specific macro goals, but I didn't find any of the other features useful.

I'm doing just one month of premium, because I'm really tracking macros right now. I think I will do it for about 2 months and then drop the service or do a full year if I'm convinced I need to continue tracking like I am. I started about a week ago and I'm definitely seeing better results. Knowing what foods are high in carbs are extremely important to me for me to progress.
