  • You may have a good point! There is so much information on this subject It gets me dizzy. My main goal is to burn 3,200 calories a week. That's just walking and running. Not sure what the weight room will do.
  • Very good links. Thank you ! I'm operating on a average of 60 grams of carbs a day. Well most days. Last weekend was not good. I might try to slowly take them away to 20 grams. That might ease the Keto Flu. Not looking for a quick fix just a better way of living. Not to many people posting negative experiences on this post.

  • Realizing what you are eating is a giant part. This is not just a calorie counting game. There are bad calories. Get to know the foods you eat. Time for a reboot. A simple up pace walk for 20 mins a day can make a difference.
  • Try to have free days. If I restrict myself from all unhealthy foods I fail. I have been a YO- YO on my weight loss.This time I'm not acting like a rabbit. Maybe try one free day a month or one a week. Depending how much you work out. I work out harder knowing I have that free day coming up. Kind of motivating. :D

  • Use to drink every day. Beer is not good for the cals or carbs. So down to one - two days a week. Captain or Whiskey. Just hit the workout before. Trying not to eat when drinking. My food judgement is not good when I have a few.
  • Try a new exercise routine. You may need to target different muscles to burn other areas. You body may be getting use to your routine. Try weights- Ice cream 5 x 5... Walk/sprints up a incline.
