Pork tenderloin, add sauce / flavour with what like, cook for 4-8 hours and pull it apart with a fork when done and you have pulled pork! Have it with a low cal bun, on top of a salads or on it's own. Sooo good.0

Chicken Chili!
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans (Some people don't use the black beans but I really like them)
1 chili seasoning packet, preferably low sodium
1 cup frozen corn
Add everything except corn. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
(You may add water to adjust the thickness of the chili to your liking.)
Remove chicken breast and shred with two forks.
Add chicken back in and also the corn.
Heat through for another 15 minutes. YUM!0 -

Try shoepeg corn. It has a crisp taste. if you are not fond on Kidney beans try Great Northern Beans.

this was a make a head recipe I found somewhere (sorry cant give credit) but it was for meal prep, 6 chicken breast half's in large zip lock with a jar of buffalo wing sauce and a pack of ranch dressing mix. seal and freeze till ready to throw in crock pot (or don't freeze and just cook) for 6 - 8 hrs. I'm going to shred and put on buns for family and I'll eat it with something else.0

My oven broke right before Christmas so I have been exploring lots of slow cooker recipes. Cooking Light has a ton that you can easily add to your recipes on mfp. I have made 5 or 6 and everything has been delicious!
