Possible yes...healthy no. When losing weight it is best to go slow. I really question shows like the biggest loser where they encourage drastic and rapid weight loss.

Thank you for your reply....So would it be a safe bet that if I want to lose 2lbs a week that maybe leaving 500 exercise calories earned each day on the table would be about right?
