I have wide hips for someone my hieght 5 3. I weight 154 now and fit into a size 10/11 depends on the brand.

I didnt read most of the posts above but when I take a rest day I just dont do as much as I usually do. I might go for a walk outside or something else "easy".

I just previewed level 2 on youtube. Wow that looks way tougher than level one. Last day on level one today.

I have heard it averages about 10 days. I havent been doing every day I am working myself up to everydays. It is still hard for me on day 9. I am going to do day 10 today and preview level 2. I think I will move on after today because I am taking less time to recover after I get done.

I think it depends how fast you are losing. A few years ago I lost like 30 pounds in 1 1/2 months and it threw everything off. But I was excercising alot.

My scale is at a stand still. I am not giving in though, I am going to up the water intake and add more cardio every other day.

I really wanted to give up. And being ubber sore doesnt help after but I am on day 9 now and it gets easier I promise.

I dont know if anyone has said this but I love spaghetti squash. You bake it then put tomato sauce on it just like pasta. Love it.

I finished with day 7 yesterday . My arms dont get quite as sore as they did before but today my legs are killing me. Pumped for day 8 today.

Im not going everyday so I am doing day 7 today. I definatly feel a difference.

I am not an expert but I find that the protein drinks taste pretty good and are full of calories if you need to get more.

You can try the 100 pushup challenge. I am going to to start soon. http://hundredpushups.com/ I agree with with above posters. There are lots of arm toning excercises online just do um it you feel um.

3 meals with small snacks in between, I think it helps me be less hungry at meal times.

I am 5'3'' I would like to be a toned 135. My profile picture is when I was around this weight a few years ago. I got there marching drum corps and being pretty sick on tour. I am trying to get back there but being healthy this time.

Im on day 5 right now. It is challenging. I could see how it could get boring but I am incorporating with some other cardio. I like it alot.

bump. Meatloaf is also super easy. Just make whatever recipe you like then when it is cool. Wrap serving in plastic wrap and put in the freezer. You could use ground turkey or venison for lower calories.

I finished Day 5 yesterday, I can definatly tell a difference in my endurance. I havent seen any change on the scale.

I wonder how much fiber you are eating during the day. Your protien suppliement might be adding more to your diet.

I personally freeze lots of different recipes. Soups are easy just make what you like, cool, put a serving in a freezer bag and freeze. I make meatloaves too. I would just google how to freeze safely before you start.

I will second the Leslie walking video. I have the 5 mile fat busting one. They are 12 min miles with extra leg and arm excerises (ie knee raises, kicks)
