I have tendon tears in my shoulder that cause it to pop and HURT sometimes. I went to a orthopedic doctor who gave me some excerises to strengthen the surrounding muscles to help it heal. It still hurts sometimes but not nearly as bad. I am only 22.

I made homemade protien bars a couple of weeks ago and have been taking them out of the freezer. They taste delicious. I am not a morning person so I hate having to get up early to make a full meal.

I did Day two yesterday and this morning washing my hair was definatly a struggle. Tonight I am doing straight cardio for a little break. Day 3 on Friday

Well you have two choices ... eat a small piece of chocolate and the bread you want. Then go work out .. take a long walk..or what ever you like. Or Dont. Personally I dont think I would have the will power for the second.

I use Leslie's Fat Burning Walk. It definatly gets the heart going. Just started 30 Day Shred. I have a very small living room and I have room for both. Also got them at Walmart for less than 10 dollars.

I wouldnt count it. I walk around the school at work and I just count that as regular activity.

I dont think you can reasonably only eat 200 more calories and not be hungery. Maybe you can go for a walk or go a little more cardio to be able to eat more calories. But to your question.. tuna is a good protien for not alot of calories/fat.

NSV = Non Scale Victory Sometimes the scale doesnt always show the difference we feel or see. Like when a pair of jeans fits better or sometimes they are more silly. I saw someone celebrate having to buy new undies cause hers were baggy. Bump A random word to save the topic for later.

To be honest that sounds like a lot and if you are eating that little and working out you might not see results. It doesnt sound healthy. Why dont you try a more toning program? Try to increase your strength/ lean muscle.

If you have a full size freezer my suggestion would be to make regular recipes and freeze leftovers. I do it all the time with protiens and soups. I love crockpot recipes, but they make large amounts of servings. There are articles online about how to do it properly and different recipes for that purpose. The reason I like…

I have the 5 mile one and I just put it in as walking. I dont have a heartrate monitor yet.

I agree. I looked at a few days in your dairy and some days you dont even have 1000 calories. Eat more calorie dense foods.

I have a Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD and I love it. I have the 5 miles in an hour one but there are a bunch. I definatly gets my heart rate up and no equipment needed.

The reason I think that it is a good start is sometimes I like going out to eat with my boyfriend. I dont want to have to question little thing that is in what Im eating. I think CA is the only other state for sure.

I think that the walking ones definatly get my heartrate up but are probably in better shape than I am. They dont have that many arm things. I dont know. I have heard of people using netflicks to get the videos if you have an account. So you dont have to buy them.
