When I felt like that on my weightloss journey, I gave myself small goals to obtain. Either if its 5lbs or some new exercise routine, or a pant size. I found the smallest little things along the way to be excited about it and before you know it you will hit that final goal and vision you had at the beginning :)

I would say a small fruit or some type of bar to fuel your body prior to working out. We burn calories when we sleep and when we wake up there is no much to fuel our bodies. Our bodies also burn more calories while digesting. So you will be digesting that very small meal and burning that and more at the same time. And of…

When I was a 42DD I either wore 2 sports bras or splurged on a bra from ****s with the maxium impact tag on it. Those bras were great, but you had to pay about $60 for it.

Thanks everyone! What helped me most was MFP!!! All the support and also logging my foods. I have always been pretty active but my eating was HORRIBLE! When I learned what I was eating it made want to make it better :) I joined MFP in March 2011 and since then and I have lost 33lbs!!!

Im 5"2 my target was 135 but wasnt happy....now Im 119 and love it. Training for marathon so I may drop a few more lbs. Will not let myself go under 115
