I use to always wait till my kids went to bed at 8:00 to either hit the gym or do my workout at home. I don't think there is anything wrong with it! I have much more energy at night then first thing in the morning, so I think it just depends on the person. I'm not much of a morning person!

In my opinion they are all a good combonation of a little bit of everything! I love all of them, they are all very intense workouts. I beleive the fit test is necessary at least the first couple of times. It tells your body exactly how far you can push yourself before actually starting the program. Good luck!

I try to eat only half of my meal! And I usually make sure I am the one driving so I can stick with just one drink! And, splurging once in a while is ok! Your body needs it, it changes up the metabolism!
