this happens to me all the time. In the size that I am now, I won't see any changes in clothing size til I lose around 40 pounds or so. Most of the special k cracker chips are pretty low in carbs, you also get a lot more per serving so that's pretty nice. Taste good too. I think the cheddar has around 18 g carb

I was on Klonopin for social anxiety disorder before, Adderall for ADD. Right now I'm on tegretol, Celexa, and trazodone. I usually tend to lean a lot more on the depressed side, so I have to be on mood stabilizers and anti depressants. I also have chronic insomnia, that's what the trazodone is for. I was diagnosed at age 8. I am now 24. Been on and off medication for the last 16 years. Personally therapy is pretty useless to me at this point. It was a genetic thing, so I adjust my medication when I need to and keep on truckin'.

I've lost weight and I still drink coffee. It's the one thing I don't mess with. I use 2% milk and sugar. But I really need the extra calcium anyway, plus my breakfasts are almost always small.

I'm only going to set myself at 30 miles this time. I went way overboard and set a ridiculous goal in January. So I'm back this time with something I know I can at least accomplish and hopefully beat!

I did a challenge similar to this and was so far off my goal it was ridiculous. I'm going for a measly 30 miles this month. I can get that easily. =)

If I had to give a guesstimate, I would say my mileage this month is only around 30 or 40. Way far from my original 200. Weather and financial stress have played a big part in this. I'm at 38 miles so far, not too shabby. =)

Your best bet is probably going to be chicken breast or tuna. Just make sure not to over do it on the dressing, that's what gets ya every time!
