Is it fat or is it stretched skin? Ikea do some really nice oat crisp biscuits, they are nice and thin and crispy and about 33 cals each. Unfortunately they come in a box of about 60, so you have to trust yourself to ration them, lol

I wear mine under the band of my sports bra. It seems to stay put at regular aerobics but quite often loses its signal at Zumba if we are doing anything fast, I just readjust it though and it gets it signal back pretty quickly, although it is annoying as my reading will be slightly off for that session then
