  • Hi there, I bought some Salter scales from asda which show your BMI and fat and water content. They cost £20 full price but they have them on offer sometimes, I paid £7! They have been reliable so far and do not fluctuate like my old ones did.Good luck, Jan

  • Hi, how about weaning him onto something similar but different like fajitas or wraps with a salad. Then he won't get too much of a shock to his system.
