  • Yeah I was just looking for one on ebay. Does it matter if its just a watch one? Is it accurate enough? I would love to get the ones that go around me but don't have the money for it right now.
  • I guess I will just go with the lowest number calculator online. 26 calories burned in three minutes. So if I do that 4 times I would burn 104.
  • But my question is...if I do let's say 30 minutes at 3.4 mph I'm only gonna burn 45 calories? That doesn't make any sense.

  • I tried that in the beginning..but still was only able to go for about 5 mins at a time with no break. So I decided to intensify it to at least try and get more out of it.

  • Yea I guess I should be happy about it. Its just kinda floored me because I was steadily losing for a few weeks then didn't see any change in the past few days. At least I know now its not anything I'm doing wrong.
