Great tips guys & gals. I get out there everyday but I am overweight and it's a struggle. I've noticed that I can run a little longer each day. I don't get winded but my legs get sore. I run walk 3 miles a day. Is there something I should do differently - maybe check out couch 2 5K? DO any of you use RunKeeper?

You CAN do this. Do you know what is most amazing? You are young and you already realize that it's not healthy and you have the desire to make the change...you're half way there. Stay committed, eat what you're suppose to eat, and keep track of everything. You'll make it!

Hi, I started the exercise program but haven't started using the containers just yet. I wanted to give myself a week of logging my food on MFP to make sure I stick with it.
