I really like the 30 day shred and her new one ripped in 30. I agree-don't need much room and just hand weights. Girls are easy to follow and modifications are well explained. I don't do them everyday, rather use them when I don't have time to do a long workout but still want something intense. They are just under 25…

Morning Star makes a frozen black bean burger. It isn't as good as what I've had when out to eat, but it is pretty good.

If you want to try something different now, she just came out with a Ripped in 30. It runs on the same 3-2-1 system, and the workouts are about 20-24 minutes long too :smile:

I log all of the vitamins I take whether or not they have calories because they influence the mfp nutrition totals.

I love both the 30 Day Shred and her new one Ripped in 30. What I like best is that the workouts are only about 20 minutes long but kick your butt in that amount of time. :smile:
