Turkey bacon is 'okay' but REAL bacon is SOOO much better! I think turkey bacon tasted so processed (mine did at least) and I ended up not buying it anymore. I'm actually getting ready to eat a BLT for lunch, lol! :laugh:

I just recently had a great friend of mine help me with this. You should eat below your TDEE but above your BMR. I don't have a set number anymore but a 'range' of calories. The closer I am to my BMR the more weight I can lose (I'm assuming) but I don't necessarily believe in drastically cutting my calories. I just listen…

I don't have a Polar but I do have a Suunto M4 HRM and mine has been doing the same thing. I'm thinking I need to replace my battery soon. I usually re-wet the pads on the strap, make sure it's hooked together tightly and "patiently" wait for my HR to appear, lol!

I don't eat them anymore but when I did I usually added salt! Aaah..well before I was watching my sodium intake. I can't imagine what my levels actually were back then??? All that sodium you would think they would taste better.

You can get Zumba workouts on YouTube for free! I've done some of the actual Zumba workouts..but they aren't as fun as the one's I've found on YouTube. I did the same thing! I don't know really anyone else that has done this so it was nice to hear this! It's really nice not having to worry about swallowing a pill or if something is placed correctly. I've had mine for about 2 years now and I couldn't be happier!
