More calories?? Help!
I have lost 30 pounds in the past year and I am very pleased with myself. I was actually down 5 more but with the holidays I put those 5 pounds back on. I was tired of constantly watching and thinking about what I'm putting in my mouth, exercising and not dropping a pound so I decided to not 'care' yesterday. I didn't workout and I didn't stay within my calorie range....probably…

Scale addict!!
I really need to stop stepping on the scale everyday. I'm going to try to not step on until I complete L2 of the 30DS, whether I complete it in 5 days or 10 I will try my best to NOT step on the scale. I got on this morning and hopefully the next time I step on the number will be lower. I really don't want to lose much…
